If you have a donkey that is under 2 years of age and both parents are registered with IMDR all you have to enter for the
background is the parents name and IMDR registration # - We will pick up all the other background information from our data
base. IMDR registration numbers begin with the letter S, J, G or P followed by 6 numbers.
Pictures are not required for donkeys under 2 years of age, but If the donkey is over 2 years of age a photo of each side of the
donkey must be sent either by an email attachment or by regular mail if you don't have the capability of scanning.
Of course you start off by indicating the type of registration you are applying for:
Regular Registration - $18 - this is for donkeys over 2 yrs of age being registered for the first time and you are a member or are
joining at this time.
Temp Registration - $12.50 - this is for donkeys under 2 years of age being registered for the first time and you are a member or
are joining at this time.
Temp to Permanent - $8 - this is for donkeys that were registered Temporary and have now reached 2 years of age and you are a
member or are joining at this time.
Pet or Gelding - $8 - this is for donkeys that have been gelded or have faults that would exclude them from breeding and you are a
member or are joining at this time.
Transfer - $10 - If you have a donkey that is already registered and needs to be transferred to your name. You do not need to be a
member.
If you are not a member and are not applying for one you need to use the following:
Non Member Reg - $22 - this is for donkeys over 2 yrs of age being registered for the first time and you are not a member or
joining at this time.
Non Member Temp - $15 - this is for donkeys under 2 yrs of age being registered for the first time and you are not a member or
joining at this time.
Non Member Temp to Perm - $10 - this is for donkeys that were registered Temporary and have now reached 2 years of age and
you are not a member or joining at this time.
Non Member Pet Geld - $10 - this is for donkeys that have been gelded or have faults that would exclude them from breeding and
you are not a member or joining at this time
Select a status for membership:
Non Member - select this if you do not have a membership and do not wish one at this time. Make sure you select the proper
registration for non members.
Already Member - If you have previously joined and have an active membership, or this is another registration application and you
have joined already on the previous application.
Type of membership: Select one of the memberships - One Year Renewable $18, Five Year Renewable $70, Lifetime $180 or if
you are renewing your membership select either One Year or Five Year.
Owners Information: Complete your information exactly as the registration should read.
Breeders Information: If you are the breeder (you owned the jennet at the time of conception) check "Same as Owner". If the
breeder is unknown - check "unknown". If breeder is different form the owner and you know that information complete that section.
Donkeys Information: Complete all known information. If you do not know the information such as date of birth type in unknown or
the approximate date.
Check the box stating that this information is correct (required)
Complete Background information: Start with the fathers information (Blue) if known - if unknown check the box in front of the
name box, and complete as much background as known on the fathers parents and grandparents. Make sure to check the box if
unknown.
Then go to the mothers information (Red) and use the same procedure.
Double check your information and if correct hit the submit button and the application will forwarded to the registry.
If you have another application return to the online registration and submit another.
If the donkey is over 2 years of age you must submit a photo of each side of the donkey - this can be done by an email attachment
of by regular mail if you do not have that capability.
After you have completed all of your applications proceed to www.mdtsite and go to the store and click on IMDR Memberships and
Registrations to make payment by credit card of paypal. You can also send a check if you prefer to our mailing address.
